Section 16-1-18.1 Accumulation of sick leave. (a) Definitions. When used in this section,
the following terms shall have the following meanings, respectively: (1) EMPLOYEE. Any person
employed full time as provided by law by those employers enumerated in this section;

Section 36-25-3 State Ethics Commission - Creation, composition; annual reports; compensation;
political activities; director; personnel. (a) There is hereby created a State Ethics Commission
composed of five members, each of whom shall be a fair, equitable citizen of this state and

Section 15-18-175 Eligibility; exclusion; sentencing. (a) An offender who meets one
of the following minimum criteria shall be considered eligible for punishment in the community
under this article: (1) Persons who, without this option, would be incarcerated in a correctional
institution or who are currently incarcerated in a correctional institution. (2) Persons who
are convicted of misdemeanors. (b) The following offenders are excluded from consideration
for punishment in the community: (1) Persons who are convicted of offenses as listed in subdivision

of this section, the following words have the following meanings: (1) DENTAL HOME.
The dental home is the ongoing relationship between the dentist and the patient, inclusive
of all aspects of oral health care, delivered in a comprehensive, continuously accessible,
coordinated, and family-centered way. (2) MOBILE DENTAL FACILITY. Any self-contained facility
in which dentistry or dental hygiene is practiced which may be moved, towed, or transported
