Section 16-17-3 Procedure to incorporate. (a) By proceeding in the manner set forth herein,
any number of natural persons, not less than three, may incorporate an educational building
authority as a public corporation and as a political subdivision of the state. The said natural
persons shall first file with the governing body of any municipality the proposed form of
the certificate of incorporation of the authority, together with a written application seeking
permission to apply for the incorporation of an authority for such municipality. Every such

Section 45-44A-41.02 Notice to destroy weeds. (a) After the passage of the resolution, the
City of Tuskegee shall give the person last assessing the property for state taxes notice
by personally serving upon such person a copy of the notice to remove such weeds within a
reasonable time. In the event that such personal service is returned not found, such notice
may be given by registered mail or certified mail. The mailing of such registered or certified

Section 11-40-64 Nature of rights and remedies. (a) Any Class 2 municipality to which this
article applies may proceed with judicial in rem foreclosures of municipal code liens in accordance
with the provisions of this article by enactment of an ordinance or resolution of the governing
authority of the Class 2 municipality in which the real property is located which ordinance

tax district" located in Baldwin County, to include all areas within the following boundaries:
(1) All areas within the corporate limits of the City of Gulf Shores, Alabama. (2) All unincorporated
