Section 35-11-44 Place of filing. (a) Notices of liens, certificates, and other notices affecting federal tax liens or other federal liens must be filed in accordance with this division. The confirmed cost of abatement shall hereinafter be referred to as a public nuisance lien and thus made and confirmed shall constitute a public nuisance lien on the property for the amount of the lien.
