Section 11-4-45 Payment of moneys into depository; settlements and reports. All moneys heretofore required by law to be paid to the county treasurer shall be put into such bank or savings association, which is a qualified public depository under Chapter 14A of Title 41, as the county commission of said county may elect to the credit of said county and all settlements heretofore required by law to be made with said treasurer shall be made with said county commission, the receipt of said qualified public depository so designated being sufficient voucher, and all sworn reports heretofore required by law to be made by said treasurer shall be made by such county commission.
