Section 45-27A-32 Community antenna television system. (a) As used in this section the word city shall mean the City of Brewton, Alabama, in Escambia County, a municipal corporation organized under the laws of the State of Alabama. (b) As used in this section, the following words and terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them: (1) BUSINESS ACTIVITY.
