Section 45-2-245.20 Trust fund established; administration. (a) Any laws or parts of laws to
the contrary notwithstanding, any annual privilege tax levied upon persons engaging in the
business of producing or severing oil or gas or other hydrocarbons from the soil or waters
of Baldwin County measured by the gross value of such oil or gas or other hydrocarbons and

Section 11-32-32 Payments made according to schedule. (a) The payments required hereby for
the authorizing county, principal municipality, and each participating municipality shall
be made on a monthly basis or upon other payment schedule of the authorizing county, the principal

As security for payment of the principal of and the interest on any warrants issued under

Section 41-10-472 Pledge and lien for benefit of bonds. In the proceedings authorizing the
issuance of any of its bonds, the authority is authorized and empowered to pledge for the
payment of the principal of and interest on such bonds at the respective maturities of said
principal and interest, and to agree to use solely for such purpose, all the revenues which
