Section 22-21-76 Board of directors. The corporation shall have a board of directors, which shall constitute the governing body of the corporation. Section 45-37-232.20 Unclassified service; compensation. (a) Upon the occurrence of a vacancy in the office of Chief Deputy Sheriff of Jefferson County, such office shall cease to be in the classified service of the county pursuant to the county civil service or merit system law.
