The authority shall have, in addition to all other powers granted to it in this article, all of the following powers: (1) To have succession by its corporate name until dissolved as herein provided. Section 27-44-5 Definitions. As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the following meanings, respectively, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise: (1) ACCOUNT. Section 27-36A-4 Actuarial opinion of reserves. (a) Actuarial opinion prior to the operative date of the valuation manual as defined by Section 27-36A-15. (1) GENERAL.
