Section 45-22-100.06 Election precincts. (a) The qualified electors of Cullman County residing outside of the City of Cullman but within the boundaries of newly created election precincts 34, 35-1, 35-2, and 36 are hereby authorized to vote in elections pertaining to county board of education matters in certain education commission election districts as defined in Section 45-22-100.01, in accordance with the following procedures: (1) Such electors residing in election precinct No. 34 shall vote in the Good Hope district referred to as "district seven" in Section 45-22-100.01.
