Section 45-13-100.20 Composition; election by districts. (a) The County Board of Education of Clarke County shall consist of five members elected from five single-member school board districts as hereinafter provided. The State Board of Education shall be composed of the Governor as an ex officio member and eight members elected from districts provided by general law. Section 45-27-120.08 Personnel board. (a) There may be created in Escambia County a personnel board. The personnel board shall be composed of not less than three persons nor more than seven persons, as established by the county commission.
