Section 45-34-84 Salary; disposition of fees, commission, etc; personnel, equipment, etc. (a) The Judge of Probate of Henry County shall be entitled to receive compensation in the form of an annual salary which shall be equal to sixteen thousand dollars ($16,000) per annum less than the total salary compensation paid by the state to the presiding circuit judge in the county. Such salary shall be paid in lieu of all other fees, allowances, and percentages heretofore provided by law, and shall be paid in equal monthly installments out of the general fund in the county treasury.
