Section 45-17-242.05 Payment of tax; records; inspections; seizure and sale of contraband; appraisal; return of confiscated property; re-use of stamps or refill of packages. (a) After the tax herein authorized has been levied in accordance with the provisions of this part, no person, firm, or corporation shall sell, store, or distribute tobacco or tobacco products, which are subject to such tax, without complying with the provisions of this part and the rules and regulations promulgated and adopted by the county governing body pursuant thereto, and paying any and all tax which such person, firm, or corporation may be liable under this part. (a) The County Commission of Greene County is hereby authorized and empowered to construct and maintain any road or driveway, exclusive of bridges, leading from a public road to the residence of an abutting landowner for a distance of one-fourth of a mile.
