Section 22-55-2 Designation of compact administrator; powers and duties thereof generally. Pursuant to said compact, the state mental health officer shall be the compact administrator and, acting jointly with like officers of other party states, shall have power to promulgate rules and regulations to carry out more effectively the terms of this compact.
