Section 11-14-22 Examination of jail. The chairman of the county commission and the probate
judge are hereby authorized and empowered, once each week, without informing the sheriff or
jailer of the time when such visit will be made, to visit and examine the condition of the
jail, to make a memorandum in writing of such examination and to report under oath such examination

Section 37-3-25 Penalties for violations. (a) Any person knowingly and willfully violating
any provision of this chapter or any rule, regulation, requirement or order thereunder or
any term or condition of any certificate, permit or license for which a penalty is not otherwise
herein provided shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined not more than $100.00 for the first
offense and not more than $500.00 for any subsequent offense. Each day of such violation shall

Every person licensed to practice medicine or osteopathy in the State of Alabama shall, on
