Section 11-11B-2 Power and authority of grantees. Each grantee shall have the power, and, when
approved by its governing body, the authority, to do or perform any one or more of the following:
(1) To apply to any donor for a grant and to pay the expenses involved in making such application;
(2) To accept and receive grants from any donor; (3) To expend or apply the proceeds of any

Section 11-92C-8 Powers of authority. (a) The authority shall have the following powers, together
with all powers incidental thereto or necessary to the discharge thereof in corporate form:
(1) To have succession by its corporate name for the duration of time, which may be in perpetuity,

Section 11-89A-15 Cooperation, aid, and agreements from and with other bodies. (a) For the
purpose of attaining the objectives of this chapter, any county, municipality, or other political
subdivision, public corporation, agency, or instrumentality of the state, a county or municipality
