Section 41-10-84 Contents of certificate of incorporation generally; adoption of resolution
by governing body approving form and contents of certificate of incorporation. (a) The certificate
of incorporation of the corporation shall state: (1) The names of the persons forming the
corporation, together with the residence of each thereof and a statement that each of them
is a duly qualified elector of and owner of property in the municipality; (2) The name of
the corporation (which shall be "the state products mart (coliseum) authority located
in _____ County" or some other name of similar import which is available for use); (3)

be passed by any municipal corporation under the authority of this article unless and until
the municipal governing body has complied with the procedures set forth in either subdivision

Section 11-54B-46 Review of self-help business improvement district plan and adoption of ordinance.
The governing body of the municipality, upon review of the self-help business improvement
district plan and after public hearing, may adopt an ordinance to designate, establish, and
maintain the area described in the plan as a self-help business improvement district. The

more municipalities by resolution declares that there is a need for one housing authority
for all of such municipalities to exercise in such municipalities the powers and other functions
