Section 41-10-84 Contents of certificate of incorporation generally; adoption of resolution
by governing body approving form and contents of certificate of incorporation. (a) The certificate

be passed by any municipal corporation under the authority of this article unless and until
the municipal governing body has complied with the procedures set forth in either subdivision

Section 11-54B-46 Review of self-help business improvement district plan and adoption of ordinance.
The governing body of the municipality, upon review of the self-help business improvement
district plan and after public hearing, may adopt an ordinance to designate, establish, and
maintain the area described in the plan as a self-help business improvement district. The

more municipalities by resolution declares that there is a need for one housing authority
