Section 45-36-252 Definitions. When used in this part, the following words and phrases shall have the following meanings, respectively, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise. (1) AUTHORITY. Section 40-9E-1 Definitions. For purposes of this chapter only, the following terms shall have the following meanings: (1) BASE YEAR.
