Section 32-6-11 Reciprocal agreements - Authorities in charge of federal military installations.
The Director of Public Safety is hereby authorized to enter into an agreement with the Secretary
of Defense of the United States or the duly authorized authorities of any federal military
installation relative to the reciprocal recognition of point values assessed against drivers
of motor vehicles for certain offenses against motor vehicle and traffic laws, rules, and
regulations when such point values are to be used in determining whether to revoke the driving
privileges or the driver's license of the offender because he or she is an habitually reckless

Section 27-7-5.3 Licenses - Limited license for self-service storage facility. (a) As used
in this section, the following terms shall have the following meanings: (1) LIMITED LICENSEE.
A person or entity authorized to sell certain coverages for personal property maintained in
self-service storage facilities pursuant to this section. (2) OCCUPANT. A person, his or her
sublessee, successor, or assign entitled to the use of the storage space at a self-service
storage facility under a rental agreement, to the exclusion of others. (3) OWNER. The owner,

Section 31-12-1 Definitions. As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the following
meanings: (1) BE CALLED OR ORDERED BY THE GOVERNOR. To be called or ordered into active military

Section 14-1-19 Acceptance and redispensing of unused prescription medications. (a) As used
in this section, the following terms shall have the following meanings: (1) CORRECTIONS FACILITY.
Any facility or program controlled or operated by the state Department of Corrections or any

Section 24-4A-3 Powers and duties of commission generally; insignia of approval; modification
of units prior to or during installation; authority of local government agencies; fee schedule;
