Section 27-27-26 Pecuniary interests of officers, etc., of domestic insurers. (a) No officer
or director of a domestic insurer, and no member of any committee or employee of a domestic
insurer who is charged with the duty of investing or handling the funds of the insurer, shall
do any of the following: (1) Deposit or invest the funds except in the corporate name of the
insurer; except, that the insurer may for its convenience hold any equity investment in a

Section 40-18-14 Adjusted gross income of individuals. The term "gross income" as
used herein: (1) Includes gains, profits and income derived from salaries, wages, or compensation
for personal services of whatever kind, or in whatever form paid, including the salaries,

of this system, there shall be a board of managers of five members for the administration,
management, and control of the supplemental pension system, including administration, management,

Section 40-14A-1 Definitions. For purposes of this chapter, the following terms shall mean:

Section 22-35-3 Definitions. For the purposes of this chapter, unless otherwise indicated,
the following terms shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them by this section:

Section 45-37-123.134 Purchase of permissive service credit. (a) In general. If a member makes
one or more contributions to the plan to purchase permissive service credit under the plan,
the requirements of § 415, Internal Revenue Code, shall be treated as met with respect to
