Section 8-6-5 Registration of securities - Registration by notification. (a) The following securities may be registered by notification, whether or not they are also eligible for registration by coordination under Section 8-6-6: (1) Any security whose issuer and any predecessors have been in continuous operation for at least five years if: a. Section 32-5A-191.4 Ignition interlock devices. (a) As used in Section 32-5A-191, the term, "ignition interlock device" means a constant monitoring device that prevents a motor vehicle from being started at any time without first determining the equivalent blood alcohol level of the operator through the taking of a breath sample for testing. The system shall be calibrated so that the motor vehicle may not be started if the blood alcohol level of the operator, as measured by the test, reaches a blood alcohol concentration level of 0.02. (b) The ignition interlock device shall be installed, calibrated, and monitored directly by trained technicians who shall train the offender for whom the device is being installed in the proper use of the device. Section 36-21-70 Retirement annuity. Any member shall, at any time after reaching the age of 52 and completion of at least 15 years' qualified service or the completion of 25 years of qualified service, regardless of age, be entitled to an annuity benefit. The amount of the monthly benefit shall be determined by the board of commissioners in an amount recommended by the actuary for the fund. The benefit shall begin upon approval by the board on the date of the member's application for the benefits on forms provided by the board, but in no event shall the benefit begin prior to his or her termination of service as a peace officer.
