Section 45-8-90 Economic Development Council - Creation; composition; powers and duties. (a)(1)
For the purposes of promoting industry and trade and economic development and to assist Calhoun
County and the municipalities located therein in their pursuits therefor and to provide for
the exercise by the county and the municipalities of certain powers and authority proposed
to be granted to them by an amendment to the Constitution of Alabama, the act proposing such
amendment being adopted at the same session of the Legislature at which the act adding this
section was adopted, there is hereby created an economic development council for Calhoun County,
which council shall constitute a public corporation under the name Calhoun County Economic

Section 10A-9A-4.06 Management rights of general partner. (a) Each general partner has equal
rights in the management and conduct of the limited partnership's activities and affairs.
Except as expressly provided in this chapter, any matter relating to the activities and affairs

A limited partnership is liable for loss or injury caused to a person, or for a penalty incurred,
as a result of a wrongful act or omission, or other actionable conduct, of a general partner

Section 10A-10-1.16 Dissolution. (a) A real estate investment trust may terminate its existence
by voluntary dissolution and wind up its business and affairs in the manner and on the grounds
provided in the Alabama Business Corporation Law. (b) A real estate investment trust may curtail
or cease its trust activities by partially or completely distributing its assets. (c)(1) The
Attorney General may institute proceedings to dissolve a real estate investment trust which
