Section 16-33C-25 Administration of programs. (a) In acquiring, investing, reinvesting, exchanging, retaining, selling, and managing property for the benefit of the ABLE Program and ACES Program, the Savings Board, and any person, investment manager, or committee to whom the Savings Board delegates any of its investment authority, shall act as trustee and shall exercise the judgment and care under the circumstances then prevailing which persons of prudence, discretion, and intelligence exercise in the management of their own affairs, not in regard to speculation but to permanent disposition of funds, considering the probable income as well as the safety of their capital. Section 39-2-12 Partial and final payments of contractors by awarding authorities. (a) As used in this section the following words shall have the meanings ascribed to them as follows: (1) CONTRACTOR.
