Section 25-5-77 Expenses of medical and surgical treatment, vocational rehabilitation, medicine, etc.; medical examinations; review by ombudsman of medical services. (a) A partner's obligation to make a contribution to a limited partnership is not excused by the partner's death, disability, or other inability to perform personally.
