Section 45-37-21.07 Amendment, modification, termination, etc., of agreement. (a) Notwithstanding
any agreement and except as otherwise provided for in this part, a supplier shall not amend
or modify an agreement; cause a wholesaler to resign from an agreement; or cancel, terminate,

Section 8-38-2 Definitions. For the purposes of this chapter, the following terms have the
following meanings: (1) BREACH OF SECURITY or BREACH. The unauthorized acquisition of data

Section 9-16-81 Licenses required; application; qualifications; fees. (a) All surface coal
mining operations shall be subject to this article, except as excluded in Section 9-16-99.
(b) No person shall engage in or carry out on lands within the state any surface coal mining
operations unless such person is a citizen of the United States or, if not a citizen of the
United States, a person who is legally present in the United States with appropriate documentation
from the federal government and has first obtained a license in accordance with this section.
The term of a license shall be continuous and shall authorize the licensee, subject to the

Section 10A-1-8.02 Mergers of entities. (a) A merger of two or more entities, whether the other
entity or entities are the same or another form of entity, may be accomplished as provided
in this section. (1) CORPORATIONS. a. In the case of a corporation, other than a nonprofit
corporation, that is a party to a merger, a plan of merger must be approved in accordance
with the procedures and by the stockholder vote required by Article 11 of Chapter 2A. If the
