Section 10A-8A-9.12 Power of partners and persons dissociated as partners to bind organization
after conversion or merger. (a) An act of a person that immediately before a conversion or
merger became effective was a partner in a converting or constituent partnership binds the
converted or surviving organization after the conversion or merger becomes effective, if:
(1) before the conversion or merger became effective, the act would have bound the converting

Section 40-18-342 Tax credit for equipment and conversion costs. (a)(1) Subject to subdivision
(2), for all tax years beginning after December 31, 2011, until tax year ending December 31,
2017, there shall be allowed to any agricultural trade or business an income tax credit equal

Section 45-8A-22.135 Amendment and termination. (a) Amendment of the Plan. (1) The retirement
board shall have the right at any time to amend the plan, subject to the limitations of this
section. Any such amendment must be consistent with this subpart, any other legislation relating
