Section 33-19-1 Apalachicola-Chattahoochee-Flint River Basin Compact. The State of Alabama hereby agrees to the following interstate compact known as the Apalachicola-Chattahoochee-Flint River Basin Compact: Apalachicola-Chattahoochee-Flint River Basin Compact The States of Alabama, Florida and Georgia and the United States of America hereby agree to the following compact which shall become effective upon enactment of concurrent legislation by each respective state legislature and the Congress of the United States. (a) In the case of a limited liability partnership performing professional services, upon the death of a partner, upon a partner becoming a disqualified person, or upon a transferable interest being transferred by operation of law or court decree to a disqualified person, the transferable interest of the deceased partner or of the disqualified person may be transferred to a qualified person and, if not so transferred, subject to Section 10A-8A-4.09, shall be purchased by the limited liability partnership as provided in this section. Section 10A-1-7.06 Amendments to registration. (a) If any statement in an application for registration or a statement of foreign limited liability partnership was false when made or any arrangements or other facts described have changed, making the application for registration or statement of foreign limited liability partnership, as applicable, inaccurate in any respect, the foreign entity shall file with the Secretary of State an amendment correcting the false or inaccurate statement.
