Section 5-25-13 Rules and regulations. (a) The department may promulgate those rules and regulations, not inconsistent with law, necessary for the enforcement of this chapter. (b) (1) Prior to the adoption, amendment, or repeal of any regulation, the supervisor shall give at least 35 days' notice of its intended action by filing notice of intended action with the Legislative Reference Service for publication in the Alabama Administrative Monthly. The date of publication in the Alabama Administrative Monthly shall constitute the date of notice. Section 11-47-25 Acceptance of credit card payments in Class 1 municipalities. (a) This section shall apply only in a Class 1 municipality. (a) In every criminal case the jury shall be drawn, selected and empaneled as follows: Upon the trial by jury in the circuit courts of any person charged with a felony, including a capital felony, a misdemeanor, or violation, the court shall require a strike list or lists to be compiled from the names appearing on the master strike list as established in Section 12-16-74. Section 8-35-2 Security freeze on credit report. (a) A consumer may place a security freeze on the consumer's credit report by making a request in writing by certified mail to a consumer credit reporting agency. No later than August 31, 2012, a consumer credit reporting agency shall make available to consumers an Internet based method of requesting a security freeze and a toll-free telephone number for consumers to use to place a security freeze, temporarily lift a security freeze, or completely remove a security freeze.
