Section 27-7-5.1 Licenses - Limited license for motor vehicle rental companies. (a) As used in this section, the following terms shall have the following meanings: (1) RENTAL AGREEMENT. Any written agreement setting forth the terms and conditions governing the use of a vehicle provided by the rental company for rental or lease. (2) RENTAL COMPANY. Any person or entity in the business of providing rental vehicles to the public under a rental agreement for a period not to exceed 90 days. (3) RENTAL PERIOD. The term of the rental agreement. In this division: (1) "Collaborative law communication" means a statement, whether oral or in a record, or verbal or nonverbal, that: (A) is made to conduct, participate in, continue, or reconvene a collaborative law process; and (B) occurs after the parties sign a collaborative law participation agreement and before the collaborative law process is concluded. Section 5-20-7 Supervision and enforcement. (a) All credit card banks organized under the laws of this state shall be subject to the supervision, regulation, and examination of the superintendent and the superintendent shall have all enforcement powers with respect thereto as are provided in this title. (a) When engaged in any real estate transaction, the licensee may act as a single agent, sub-agent, a limited consensual dual agent, or as a transaction broker.
