Section 34-1-2 Definitions. THIS SECTION WAS AMENDED BY ACT 2018-106 IN THE 2018 REGULAR SESSION, EFFECTIVE MAY 1, 2018. THIS IS NOT IN THE CURRENT CODE SUPPLEMENT.
