Section 27-29-6.2 Group-wide supervisor for internationally active insurance group. (a)(1) The commissioner may act as the group-wide supervisor for any internationally active insurance group in accordance with this section. The commissioner may otherwise acknowledge another regulatory official as the group-wide supervisor where the internationally active insurance group meets any of the following: a. Does not have substantial insurance operations in the United States. b. Has substantial insurance operations in the United States, but not in this state. c. Has substantial insurance operations in the United States and this state, but the commissioner has determined pursuant to the factors set forth in subsections (b) and (f) that the other regulatory official is the appropriate group-wide supervisor. Section 40-9F-33 Limitations on tax credits; Historic Income Tax Credit Account; transfer or assignment of tax credits. (a) The state portion of any tax credit against the tax imposed by Chapter 18 for the taxable year in which the certified rehabilitation is placed in service, shall be equal to 25 percent of the qualified rehabilitation expenditures for certified historic structures. No tax credit claimed for any certified rehabilitation may exceed five million dollars ($5,000,000) for all allowable property types except a certified historic residential structure, and fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for a certified historic residential structure. (a) The department, acting through the commission, is authorized to promulgate rules and regulations establishing such standards, applicable to owners and operators of hazardous waste treatment, storage or disposal facilities as may be necessary to protect human health or the environment. (a) As used in Section 32-5A-191, the term, "ignition interlock device" means a constant monitoring device that prevents a motor vehicle from being started at any time without first determining the equivalent blood alcohol level of the operator through the taking of a breath sample for testing. The system shall be calibrated so that the motor vehicle may not be started if the blood alcohol level of the operator, as measured by the test, reaches a blood alcohol concentration level of 0.02. (b) The ignition interlock device shall be installed, calibrated, and monitored directly by trained technicians who shall train the offender for whom the device is being installed in the proper use of the device. (a) The Director of ADECA may establish and administer the broadband accessibility grant program for the purpose of promoting the deployment and adoption of broadband Internet access services to unserved areas.
