Section 41-9-219-6 Examinations; rules; appraisal. (a) The department may conduct examinations to verify that the tax credits under this article have been received and applied according to the requirements of this article and to verify that no event has occurred that would result in a recapture of tax credits under Section 41-9-219.4. (b) The department and the Department of Revenue shall prescribe such rules as may be appropriate to carry out their respective duties under this section and may issue advisory letters to individual qualified community development entities and their investors that are limited to the specific facts outlined in an advisory letter request from a qualified community development entity. Section 24-1-6 Establishment of rentals and tenant selection in low rent housing projects. (a) It is declared to be the policy of this state that each housing authority shall manage and operate its low rent housing projects in an efficient manner so as to enable it to fix the rentals for dwelling accommodations at the lowest possible rates consistent with its providing decent, safe, and sanitary dwelling accommodations for persons of low income, and that no housing authority shall construct or operate any such project for profit, or as a source of revenue of the city or town. Section 25-4-152 Deduction of child support obligations; procedures; reimbursement for administrative costs; time of implementation; deduction of federal income tax. (a) (1) An individual filing a claim for unemployment compensation shall, at the time of filing such claim, disclose whether or not the individual owes child support obligations as defined under subdivision (7).
