Section 11-22-6 Certificate of incorporation - Amendments. If any corporation formed under
this chapter has accidentally or inadvertently failed to comply with the requirements hereof
in its organization, such omission or defect may be corrected by filing an amendment as provided

Section 16-17A-21 Reincorporation. (a) Any public corporation that meets the criteria specified
in subsection (b) may reincorporate as an authority under this chapter, and become subject
to and governed by this chapter, as provided in this section. (b) A public corporation may

Section 40-18-162 Determination of tax of shareholder. (a) In determining the tax of a shareholder
for the shareholder's taxable year in which the taxable year of the Alabama S corporation
ends, or for the final taxable year of a shareholder who dies or of a trust or estate that
