Section 36-25-1.3 Economic development professionals. (a) Notwithstanding any provision of
law, including, but not limited to, this chapter, an individual acting as an economic development
professional is not a lobbyist, unless and until he or she seeks incentives through legislative
action in the Legislature, that are above and beyond, or in addition to, the then current
statutory or constitutional authorization. (b) For purposes of this section, an economic development
professional is an individual seeking to advance specific, good faith economic development
or trade promotion projects or related objectives for a business, chamber of commerce or similar
nonprofit economic development organization in the State of Alabama, a city, a county, a political
subdivision of the state, or a governmental corporation or authority. (c) For the purposes

Section 22-21-350 Definitions. The following words and phrases used in this division shall,

Section 34-13-120 License required; crematory requirements; application and inspection; records;
violations; rulemaking authority. (a) No person, firm, corporation, association, entity, or
funeral establishment, or branch thereof, may operate a crematory for the purpose of cremating
dead human bodies, unless licensed by the board as a funeral establishment and the crematory
being registered with the board and inspected by the board before any cremations of human
remains are performed. (b) A crematory shall satisfy all of the following requirements and

or director of a domestic insurer, and no member of any committee or employee of a domestic

Section 30-3C-6 Contents of petition. A petition under this chapter must be verified and include
a copy of any existing child-custody determination, if available. If a child-custody determination
is not available, the petition must state the petitioner's right to make a petition, as described

Section 34-26-41 Applications; qualifications of applicants; issuance of license; practice
