Section 45-20A-30 Community antenna television system. (a) As used in this section the word city shall mean the City of Florala, Alabama, in Covington County, a municipal corporation organized under the laws of the State of Alabama. Section 45-39-92.40 Definitions. For the purposes of this subpart, the following terms shall have the respective meaning ascribed by this section: (1) AUTHORIZED MUNICIPALITIES.
