Section 11-65-6 Incorporation of commission. The five persons initially designated as members of a commission shall become a corporation with the power and authority provided in this chapter by proceeding according to the provisions of this chapter. (a) A real estate investment trust organized under this chapter shall file its declaration of trust in the same manner as the certificate of formation of an Alabama domestic filing entity and shall be subject in all respects to the provisions of Article 4 of Chapter 1, governing filing of documents except as those provisions may be inconsistent with the provisions of this chapter. (a) At any time after three years after the organization of a district under the provisions of this article, any 25 owners of land lying within the boundaries of such district may file a petition with the State Soil and Water Conservation Committee praying that the operations of the district be terminated and the existence of the district discontinued. Section 40-9F-4 Tax credits calculated, claimed, reserved, granted; transfer or assignment of tax credits.
