Section 44-2-10 Text of compact. The Interstate Compact for Juveniles is enacted into law and
entered into with all jurisdictions mutually adopting the compact in the form substantially
as follows: THE INTERSTATE COMPACT FOR JUVENILES Article I. Purpose. The compacting states
to this interstate compact recognize that each state is responsible for the proper supervision
or return of juveniles, delinquents and status offenders who are on probation or parole and
who have absconded, escaped or run away from supervision and control and in so doing have
endangered their own safety and the safety of others. The compacting states also recognize
that each state is responsible for the safe return of juveniles who have run away from home
and in doing so have left their state of residence. The compacting states also recognize that

Section 8-20-4 Unfair and deceptive trade practices. Notwithstanding the terms, provisions,
or conditions of any dealer agreement or franchise or the terms or provisions of any waiver,

Section 25-4-78 Disqualifications for benefits. An individual shall be disqualified for total
or partial unemployment for any of the following: (1) LABOR DISPUTE IN PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT.
For any week in which an individual's total or partial unemployment is directly due to a labor
dispute still in active progress in the establishment in which he or she is or was last employed.
For the purposes of this section only, the term labor dispute includes any controversy concerning
terms, tenure, or conditions of employment, or concerning the association or representation
of persons in negotiating, fixing, maintaining, changing, or seeking to arrange terms or conditions
of employment, regardless of whether the disputants stand in the proximate relation of employer

Section 22-18-50 Enactment and text of Emergency Medical Services Personnel Licensure Interstate
Compact. The Emergency Medical Services Personnel Licensure Interstate Compact is hereby enacted
into law and entered into with all other jurisdictions legally joining therein in form substantially
as follows: SECTION 1. PURPOSE In order to protect the public through verification of competency
and ensure accountability for patient care related activities all states license emergency
medical services (EMS) personnel, such as emergency medical technicians (EMTs), advanced EMTs
and paramedics. This Compact is intended to facilitate the day to day movement of EMS personnel
across state boundaries in the performance of their EMS duties as assigned by an appropriate

Section 10A-2A-9.01 Definitions. As used in this Article 9: Notwithstanding Section 10A-1-1.03,

Section 10A-2A-12.02 Stockholder approval of certain dispositions. (a) A sale, lease, exchange,
or other disposition of assets, other than a disposition described in Section 10A-2A-12.01,
requires approval of the corporation's stockholders if the disposition would leave the corporation
without a significant continuing business activity. A corporation will conclusively be deemed
to have retained a significant continuing business activity if it retains a business activity
that represented, for the corporation and its subsidiaries on a consolidated basis, at least
(i) 25 percent of total assets at the end of the most recently completed fiscal year, and

Section 10A-2A-13.22 Appraisal notice and form. (a) If a corporate action requiring appraisal
rights under Section 10A-2A-13.02(a) becomes effective, the corporation shall deliver a written
appraisal notice and form required by subsection (b) to all stockholders who satisfy the requirements
of Section 10A-2A-13.21(a), (b), or (c). In the case of a merger under Section 10A-2A-11.05,
