Section 11-32-9 Bonds - Form and execution; sale; obligations; notice. (a) All bonds issued by the authority shall be signed by the chair, vice chair, or executive director and attested by its secretary or assistant secretary, and the seal of the authority shall be affixed thereto except that a facsimile of the signature of the officers may be printed or otherwise reproduced on any of the bonds in lieu of being manually subscribed on the bonds, a facsimile of the seal of the authority may be printed or otherwise produced on the bonds in lieu of being manually affixed thereto, if the bonds have been manually authenticated by a transfer agent of the bond issue. Delivery of executed bonds shall be valid notwithstanding any changes in officers or in the seal of the authority after the signing and sealing of the bonds. (a) The City of Bessemer shall have authority, after notice as provided herein, to move or demolish buildings and structures, or parts of buildings and structures, party walls, and foundations when the same are found by the governing body of the city to be unsafe to the extent of being a public nuisance from any cause. Section 5-17-8 Reports to Administrator of Alabama Credit Union Administration; powers of administrator. (a) Credit unions shall report to the Administrator of the Alabama Credit Union Administration at least annually on or before January 31 in such manner and form as required by the administrator for that purpose. Section 33-5-75 Authority of Commissioner of Conservation and Natural Resources to cancel certification or to suspend or revoke privilege of operating vessel; procedures.
