Section 9-15-82 Article not to apply to certain transfers, reversions, sales, etc. (a) This article shall not apply to the transfers of real property between departments, boards, bureaus, commissions, institutions, corporations, or agencies of the state. These transfers may be made by mutual agreements between the chief executive officers of the respective departments with the approval of the Governor. Section 10A-1-8.02 Mergers of entities. (a) A merger of two or more entities, whether the other entity or entities are the same or another form of entity, may be accomplished as provided in this section. (1) CORPORATIONS. a. In the case of a corporation, other than a nonprofit corporation, that is a party to a merger, a plan of merger must be approved in accordance with the procedures and by the stockholder vote required by Article 11 of Chapter 2A. (a) The Child Labor Administrative Trust Fund is established in the State Treasury into which shall be deposited certain assessments under this chapter collected by the department. Section 41-10-656 Use of bond proceeds. (a) The proceeds derived from the sale of the bonds shall be deposited in the State Treasury and shall be carried in a separate fund therein for the account of the authority.
