Technology an annual report outlining the measures employed by the department to maintain
the security of taxpayer information protected from disclosure under this section or under
federal law, to include federal tax information as defined from time to time in Internal Revenue

Revenue Code, or personal information subject to the confidentiality provisions of
the federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act under Public Law 103-322. Except as provided in

Section 27-45A-4 Licensure of pharmacy benefits managers. (a) (1) Effective January 1, 2020,
to conduct business in this state, a pharmacy benefits manager must be licensed by the commissioner.
To initially obtain a license or renew a license, a pharmacy benefits manager shall submit
all of the following: a. A nonrefundable fee not to exceed $500. b. A copy of the licensee's

Section 27-21A-6 Fiduciary responsibilities of directors, officers, employees, and partners.
(a) Any director, officer, employee, or partner of a health maintenance organization who receives,
collects, disburses, or invests funds in connection with the activities of such organization
shall be responsible for such funds in a fiduciary relationship to the organization. (b) A
health maintenance organization shall maintain in force a fidelity bond on employees and officers

Section 27-62-6 Notification of cybersecurity event. (a) Each licensee shall notify the commissioner
