Section 11-58-3 Contents, execution, acknowledgment, filing and recordation of certificate
of incorporation. (a) The certificate of incorporation of any corporation organized under
this chapter shall state: (1) The name of the corporation, which shall be a name indicating

Section 10A-2A-13.22 Appraisal notice and form. (a) If a corporate action requiring appraisal
rights under Section 10A-2A-13.02(a) becomes effective, the corporation shall deliver a written
appraisal notice and form required by subsection (b) to all stockholders who satisfy the requirements

Section 10A-2A-1.21 Certificate of existence or registration. (a) The Secretary of State, upon
request and payment of the requisite fee, shall furnish to any person a certificate of existence
