Section 10A-2A-16.10 Financial statements for stockholders. (a) Upon the written request of a stockholder, a corporation shall deliver or make available to the requesting stockholder by posting on its website or by other generally recognized means annual financial statements for the most recent fiscal year of the corporation for which annual financial statements have been prepared for the corporation. If financial statements have been prepared for the corporation on the basis of generally accepted accounting principles for that specified period, the corporation shall deliver or make available those financial statements to the requesting stockholder. If the annual financial statements to be delivered or made available to the requesting stockholder are audited or otherwise reported upon by a public accountant, the report shall also be delivered or made available to the requesting stockholder. Section 9-16-81 Licenses required; application; qualifications; fees. (a) All surface coal mining operations shall be subject to this article, except as excluded in Section 9-16-99. (b) No person shall engage in or carry out on lands within the state any surface coal mining operations unless such person is a citizen of the United States or, if not a citizen of the United States, a person who is legally present in the United States with appropriate documentation from the federal government and has first obtained a license in accordance with this section. Section 22-35-5 Fee; withdrawals; disposition of funds; liability for clean-up costs; audit. (a) Every owner of an underground or aboveground storage tank as defined in this chapter shall pay an Underground and Aboveground Storage Tank Trust Fund fee as established by the provisions of this chapter to be paid to the department.
