Section 32-5A-330 Definitions; applicability; violations. (a) As used in this section,
the following terms are defined: (1) OPEN CONTAINER. A container which is other than in the

the Governor, the Chairman of the Real Estate Commission, the Director of the Building Commission,
the Lieutenant Governor and the Speaker of the House, shall present to the Secretary of State

Section 37-2A-4 Jurisdiction of the Public Service Commission. (a) Notwithstanding any

Section 11-89C-4 Powers of public corporation; requirements for development or adoption
of rules, procedures, ordinances, etc. (a) When expressly required to comply with storm water
laws, any public corporation created pursuant to this chapter shall have the following powers:

(a) No person, firm, association or corporation shall erect or maintain on any public road
or street in the State of Alabama, or no private property within one fourth of a mile of the
right-of-way of any public road or street, any advertising sign that resembles or that can
reasonably be mistaken for a railroad crossing sign; and the owner or person in possession
of such private property shall not knowingly permit another to erect or maintain such sign
