and maintain sewer collection and effluent transport lines within public rights-of-way according

Section 32-5A-330 Definitions; applicability; violations. (a) As used in this section,
the following terms are defined: (1) OPEN CONTAINER. A container which is other than in the

(a) No person, firm, association or corporation shall erect or maintain on any public road
or street in the State of Alabama, or no private property within one fourth of a mile of the
