Section 45-47-250 Definitions. When used in this article, the following words and phrases shall have the following meanings, respectively, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise: (1) AUTHORITY. The Marion County Public Water Authority, a public corporation organized pursuant to this article. (2) BOARD. The Board of Directors of the Marion County Public Water Authority. (3) BONDS. Section 10A-2-10.07 Restated articles of incorporation. REPEALED IN THE 2019 REGULAR SESSION BY ACT 2019-94 EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2020. THIS IS NOT IN THE CURRENT CODE SUPPLEMENT.
