Section 8-6-8 Registration of securities - Registration statement; conditions precedent; bond; notice of action; fees; quarterly reports and financial statements; discharge from supervision. (a) A registration statement on securities may be filed by the issuer, any other person on whose behalf the offering is to be made, or a registered dealer.
