Section 45-39-221.02 Board of directors. (a) The tourism board shall have a board of directors composed of five directors, two of whom shall be elected by the governing body of the City of Florence, two of whom shall be elected by the governing body of the county, and one of whom shall be elected jointly by the governing body of the City of Florence and the governing body of the county. Each director shall be 21 years of age or older and shall be a resident and qualified elector of the county.
