Section 40-23-68 Seller to file returns. (a) Except as otherwise provided in subsection (f),
the tax imposed by this article shall be due and payable to the department monthly on or before
the 20th day of the month next succeeding each month during which the storage, use, or other

Section 6-5-247 Definitions. Unless the context otherwise requires, the words defined in this
section shall have the following meanings when found in this article: (1) SALE or SOLD. Any

Section 10A-20-8.05 Declaratory actions - Institution of action. Upon resolution or written
declaration by the majority group, upon giving 30 days' notice to the parent organization,
and upon giving like notice to the organization membership or the official governing body
of the local organization, a corporation formed by the majority group shall be authorized
