Section 41-13-7 Identifying information of state employees on records available for public inspection. (a) As used in this section, the following terms shall have the following meanings: (1) EMPLOYEE. (a) There is hereby established, to serve as an agency of the state and to perform the functions conferred upon it in this article, the State Soil and Water Conservation Committee.
