Section 10A-20-6.12 Certificates for agents; filing of health service certificates. Persons
representing a health care service corporation organized under this chapter in writing or
soliciting health care certificates for the corporation, and the health care service corporation

Section 34-13-1 Definitions. (a) For purposes of this chapter, the following terms shall have
the following meanings: (1) ACCREDITED SCHOOL or COLLEGE OF MORTUARY SCIENCE. A school or
college approved by the Alabama Board of Funeral Service and which maintains a course of instruction

Section 27-7-1 Definitions. For the purposes of this chapter, the following terms shall have
the meanings respectively ascribed to them by this section: (1) BUSINESS ENTITY. A corporation,
association, partnership, limited liability company, limited liability partnership, or other

Section 10A-20-6.02 Incorporation. (a) The incorporators of any corporation to be governed
by this article shall prepare and deliver to the Secretary of State for filing a certificate
of formation stating an intention to become a corporation, which certificate of formation
shall be signed by each of the incorporators and shall set forth: (1) The name of the proposed
corporation; (2) The objects and purposes for which the corporation is organized; (3) The
location of the principal office of the corporation in this state; and (4) The name and post
