Section 6-5-572 Definitions. For the purposes of this article, the following terms shall have
the meanings respectively ascribed to them by this section: (1) LEGAL SERVICE LIABILITY ACTION.
Any action against a legal service provider in which it is alleged that some injury or damage
was caused in whole or in part by the legal service provider's violation of the standard of
care applicable to a legal service provider. A legal service liability action embraces all
claims for injuries or damages or wrongful death whether in contract or in tort and whether
based on an intentional or unintentional act or omission. A legal services liability action
embraces any form of action in which a litigant may seek legal redress for a wrong or an injury
and every legal theory of recovery, whether common law or statutory, available to a litigant

Section 10A-3-1.02 Definitions. As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the
following meanings, respectively, unless the context otherwise requires: (1) ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION.
The original or restated articles of incorporation or articles of consolidation and all amendments

Section 22-27-17 Disposal fees; disposition of funds; exemptions; review of records; biennial
report. (a) Beginning on October 1, 2008, the following disposal fees are levied upon generators
of solid waste who dispose of solid waste at solid waste management facilities permitted by
the department subject to this chapter, which shall be collected in accordance with subsection
(b): (1) One dollar ($1) per ton for all waste disposed of in a municipal solid waste landfill.
(2) One dollar ($1) per ton or twenty-five cents ($0.25) per cubic yard for all waste disposed
of in public industrial landfills, construction and demolition landfills, non-municipal solid
waste incinerators, or composting facilities, which receive waste not generated by the permittee.

Section 10A-4-5.02 Admission of foreign professional corporations. (a) A foreign professional
corporation shall be entitled to register under Article 7 of Chapter 1 for authority to render

Section 37-7-1 Definitions. The following terms, whenever used or referred to in this chapter,
