have the power to indemnify any director or officer or former director or officer of the corporation,

Section 7-3-307 Notice of breach of fiduciary duty. (a) In this section: (1) "Fiduciary"
means an agent, trustee, partner, corporate officer or director, or other representative owing
a fiduciary duty with respect to an instrument. (2) "Represented person" means the

entity or entities are the same or another form of entity, may be accomplished as provided

firm, or corporation having an interest in the building or structure may file a written request
for a hearing before the governing body of the city, together with that person's objections

Section 11-65-22 Acquisition of interest in horse racing facility licensee or operator. (a)
A disqualified person may not acquire or hold an interest in a horse racing facility licensee
or an operator. A commission may require that a disqualified person dispose of its interest
in a horse racing facility licensee or an operator within a reasonable period of time provided
that (i) the commission shall determine at a hearing that the owner of such interest is a
